I can Karate

I am starting the migration of some of my old website http://mustcount.bravehost.com to this site.  Will take some time since I am only doing this on my free time.

This site has been in development for many years. Back in 1990 there was no internet. Then I ran under Yoshukai karate Birmingham. Over the years I developed into what I called it Must Count Martial arts. I still have a website up called  http://mustcount.bravehost.com.  At one time I had been using the site Mustcount.com. At some point I lost the domain.

I now am developing  IcanKarate, IcanSelfDefense, IcanMMA and IcanWorkout. The information on these programs will be posted on this website.
